Structured data for real applications. Here are some ideas.
Track sale and rental supply, asking prices and price-per-m\u00b2 movement across Portuguese districts from one repeatable feed instead of scraping portals page by page.
Map which agencies operate in each locality, how much inventory they publish and their listing counts, to size local competition.
Query the listings inside a drawn polygon, then join each marker onto its full record to build viewport-driven property search.
Combine Supercasa with other Portuguese property sources and deduplicate by coordinates, listing URL and price.
Everything you need in one API.

Supercasa publishes no public API. Scrappa exposes 8 structured endpoints covering search, listing detail, filters, location resolution, agencies, price reports and map search, so you can build applications and run market analysis without maintaining a scraper.
Yes. One endpoint covers all three: set business to sale or rent for ordinary supply, and set category to new_construction for empreendimentos. The response shape is identical across them.
Just a Scrappa API key sent as an X-API-KEY header. No Supercasa account, no partner programme, no OAuth.
No. It returns agency names, handles, logos, listing inventories and published licence identifiers, but no phone numbers or email addresses.
Scrappa never rate limits a client and never charges credits for a failed request. Upstream degradation is reported as an error, not as a 429.
Yes. Every Scrappa account gets 500 free credits per month with no credit card required, enough to test all 8 endpoints.
