No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vimeo. The Vimeo API returns structured JSON from public Vimeo data through a Scrappa API key.

Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.

User videos return 20 videos per page; has_more is true when a full page was returned. Search returns a total result count and a has_more flag driven by the upstream paging signal. A valid empty result is a successful response.

Vimeo returns the description as HTML. The API passes the HTML through as description and also returns a stripped plain-text version as description_plain so consumers do not need to strip tags themselves.
