No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Weibo. The Weibo API returns structured JSON from public Weibo data through a Scrappa API key.

Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.

Weibo returns follower counts as localized strings (for example \"1.3万\" or \"8255.1万\"). The API passes these through as-is rather than casting to an integer, so the localized format is preserved.

Anonymous visitors can access page 1 only. Deeper pagination (page 2+) requires a Weibo login session and is not available through the public API. The has_more field indicates when more posts exist.
