Nine property types (FLAT, HOUSE, GARAGE, LAND, NEW_CONSTRUCTION, OFFICE, HOME, BUILDING, BUSINESS) across three operations (BUY, RENT, TRANSFER). NEW_CONSTRUCTION covers obra nueva and HOME covers vacation rentals: a HOME rental returns both long-term and seasonal stock unless rental_type narrows it to one. BUSINESS is a transfer-only typology and is rejected client-side when paired with a non-transfer operation. Price bounds apply to operation=BUY only.
No. Pass real_estate_agency_id to the search endpoint and the response contains that agency stock plus the agency profile — name, business address, logo, and commercial id — in one request. Agency ids come from the autocomplete agencies bucket.
Each image comes back as a slug plus three ready-to-use URLs at 380, 630, and 1024 pixel widths in WebP, with a fallback URL to the original slug. Nothing is downloaded for you, so one API call covers the listing and its media.
Yes. Send lat_min, lat_max, lon_min, and lon_max together and the search returns only listings inside that box. It is a real filter: a wide Madrid box returns tens of thousands of listings while a small box returns dozens. Page size is capped at 50 and page numbers are 1-based.
