The Yelp API is built for local business research, reputation monitoring and lead enrichment. The business endpoint returns the public profile with rating, review count, price level, categories, address, phone, website, weekly hours and amenities. The reviews endpoint returns 10 reviews per page with author, star rating, full text, ISO 8601 timestamps and reaction counts. The search endpoint finds businesses by name near a location. It is a name match and not Yelp ranked search.

Open a business by alias or business id and get the canonical alias, id and public url.

Sort reviews by relevance, newest, oldest, highest, lowest or elite and filter by star rating.

Page through reviews with the next_after cursor of the previous response.

Find businesses by name near a free-text location with rating, price and categories hydrated.

Unknown businesses answer a non-billable 404 and a business without reviews is a valid empty list.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Yelp. The Yelp API returns structured JSON from public business pages through a Scrappa API key.

Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.

No. The search endpoint is a business name match near a location. It has no ranking, filters, sort or paging, and it can include loosely related businesses.

Each page has 10 reviews. Pass the next_after value of the previous response as the after parameter. When has_more is false there are no more pages. A business without reviews is a successful empty list.
