Structured data for real applications. Here are some ideas.
Build property search features powered by Zonaprop data. Create apartment finders, rental alerts and real estate comparison tools with Argentine listings.
Analyze sale and rental volumes and facet counts across neighbourhoods. Build market dashboards for brokers, investors and relocation services.
Track developments and their unit inventories, including stage and delivery date. Build new-build monitoring tools for buyers and investors.
Resolve neighbourhoods and zones, then map listing coordinates and boundaries to support relocation guides and neighbourhood profiles.
Everything you need in one API.

Sale (operation_type 1), rent (2) and temporary rental (4). Developments are reached through property type 33 and 34 rather than a separate operation.
Yes. max_results is required and caps how many listings one search may sweep. A page that would exceed it is rejected before the search runs, which keeps a single call from becoming an unbounded crawl.
Zonaprop sorts prices within currency bands rather than globally, and publishes no conversion rate. Results are re-sorted grouped by currency so amounts are only ever compared inside one currency.
Not as a dedicated agency endpoint. Every listing carries its agency identity inline, and you can group an area by agency client-side, but there is no agency inventory feed.
