What you can build

Structured data for real applications. Here are some ideas.

UK Property Search

Build property discovery experiences using location-based listing search and counts for sale and rental sections.

Valuation Research

Enrich property research with valuation history, demand indicators, nearby sold records, and local market statistics.

Local Market Monitoring

Track sold-property information and market activity by location, outcode, and geographic area.

Agent and Listing Enrichment

Connect property records with relevant agent branches and listing details for real estate workflows.

Available endpoints

Everything you need in one API.

GET

Property Search

/api/zoopla/search

Search property listings by section and location. Filters by price, bedrooms or property type are not available here; filter this response client-side. The sold endpoint filters by last-sale date only

GET

Sold Summary

/api/zoopla/sold/summary

Summarize sold-property listings for one search path or a section and location pair

GET

Local Market Statistics

/api/zoopla/market-local-stats

Get local market statistics for a property identified by UPRN

Key features

Search listings by section, location, and page — price, bedroom and property-type filters do not work on the search endpoint. Known filter parameters are rejected with 422; because the upstream ignores filter parameters entirely, an unrecognised filter spelling may still return unfiltered results
Count matching property listings
Search sold records and request summary data
Retrieve property details and valuation history by UPRN
Inspect property demand, similar homes, and nearby sold records
Search location suggestions and postcode addresses
Look up agent branches and listing details by identifier
Explore market insights, activity, and local statistics
Structured JSON responses for application workflows

Frequently asked questions

Just a Scrappa API key passed as an X-API-KEY header. No Zoopla account, no partner program, no OAuth. Sign up for free, get your key, and start querying immediately.

No. A transport error, an empty proxy pool, a rejected filter, or a malformed upstream response all return a non-billable error. You are only charged when the endpoint actually returns data.

The endpoints cover property search and counts, sold-property records and summaries, property details and valuation history, demand indicators, agent and listing information, location and address search, and market insights and activity.

Use the search endpoint with a section, location, and optional page number. Start with the locations endpoint when you need to resolve a search term before building a listing query.

Use a property UPRN with the property, valuation history, demand, agents, similar properties, nearby sold, or local statistics endpoint. Agent branches and individual listings can also be looked up by their IDs.

Yes. Market insights accept a UK outcode, market activity accepts a geographic area and time range, and local market statistics can be requested for a property UPRN.

Responses are provided as structured JSON, ready to consume from property search, research, and analytics workflows.

Each endpoint has documentation and playground examples that show its required path identifiers and supported query parameters.
