Collect the land registry entry, description and links to the expert report and notice for each auction.

Location Pickers

Build land and court pickers from the locations route.

ZVG-Portal foreclosure auction API

ZVG-Portal API for German foreclosure auctions, appraised values and courts

The ZVG-Portal API is built for investors, lawyers, real-estate analysts and alert tools that follow German court foreclosure auctions. Each search item carries the case number, court, object type, address, appraised value as text and number, auction date, cancellation status and document links. Listing detail adds the procedure type, land registry entry, description and the auction venue. The data is public and sale only.

One search route per land with court, postal code, city, street, object type, procedure type, case number and auction date filters.

Filters are always honoured: items that break a filter are never returned, and a cancelled auction never matches a price, type or address filter.

Paging is exact: a page past the last page returns an empty list with the true totals.

The appraised value (Verkehrswert) is free text on the source. Scrappa keeps the text and adds the amounts as numbers.

There is no rent, bedroom, bathroom, photo or coordinate data on the source, so the API has none. Failures are never billed.

Frequently asked questions

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the German courts or the ZVG-Portal. The API returns structured JSON from public auction data through a Scrappa API key.

No. Only successful responses are billed. A valid empty result, such as Hamburg or Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, is successful and billable.

The portal states the living area only in the free description text of some auctions, and it has no photos or coordinates. The listing route returns the area when the text names it. Documents are returned as links.

A cancelled auction has no object and no appraised value on the portal. Scrappa never returns an item that breaks a filter, so cancelled auctions appear only when you set no type, price or address filter.
