Aqar API for Saudi property listings, rentals and prices
The Aqar API is built for real-estate analytics, listing tools and market research in Saudi Arabia. Each search item carries the price in SAR, area, bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, street width, building age, location, photos, the description in Arabic and English and the advertiser. Listing detail adds the licence data, the national address, views and counters.
One search route for sale and rent, up to 50 ads per page.
Filters are always honoured: ads that break a filter are never returned.
Pagination returns the real page; a page is never labelled as another page.
A valid empty result is a successful, billable response; failures are never billed.
