Structured data for real applications. Here are some ideas.
Track asking prices and price changes by city, county or ZIP code, bedrooms, bathrooms and property type.
Page through filtered searches of 50 listings per page and open each listing for its photos and price history.
Compare monthly rents for apartments, condos and houses by area, with beds, baths and size.
Read average prices, price per square foot and active listing counts for every searched area.
Movoto scraper API
The Movoto API is built for real-estate analytics, listing tools and market research. Each search item carries the price, address with coordinates, beds, baths, size, lot, year built, HOA fee, property type, status, days on market, photos, the listing agent and office, and the MLS source. Listing detail adds the description, feature tree, categorized photos, price history, home estimate, schools and nearby listings.
One search route for sale and rent listings, 50 per page.
Filters are always honoured: items that break a filter are never returned.
Pagination returns the real page; a page is never labelled as another page.
A valid empty result is a successful, billable response; failures are never billed.
Pass a place such as Austin, TX, add price, bedroom, bathroom and type filters, then page through the results.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Movoto. The Movoto API returns structured JSON from public listing data through a Scrappa API key.
Not yet. Movoto ignored every sort and living-area form that was tested, so those parameters are not offered instead of returning unsorted data under a sort label.
No. Only successful responses are billed. A valid empty result is successful and billable.
Yes. Search and listing responses return the MLS source notices, and you should show them where you display the listings.
