Search homes for sale with filters, sort and pagination
Scrappa's Booli API returns structured JSON from Booli, the Swedish property portal. Search homes for sale and sold prices (slutpriser) by area with price, rooms, living area, type and amenity filters, sort and pagination. Open any home for price, monthly fee, address, coordinates, agent and images, read the sale history of a residence, find area ids and get mean sold price, price per square metre and supply per area.

Structured data for real applications. Here are some ideas.
Track asking prices, sold prices and supply per municipality or district from one repeatable feed.
Search slutpriser by area, type and sold date and follow the sale history of a single residence over the years.
Combine area statistics, sold prices per square metre and monthly fees to build automated valuations.
Power a home search with filters, validated sort options, agent details and image URLs in every result.
Booli scraper API
The Booli API is built for property analytics and search features. Every card in a search carries price, rooms, living area, floor, monthly fee, address, coordinates, agent, amenities and image URLs, so one request fills a result list. Filters are validated: an unknown filter returns 422 instead of a silently wrong result.
Search homes for sale and sold homes by area with price, rooms, area, type and amenity filters.
Page through results with disjoint pages up to 35,000 results per query.
Open a home by listing id or residence id and read its price history.
Find area ids with autocomplete before you search.
Read mean sold price, sold price per square metre and supply per area.
Test the Booli API with 500 free monthly credits before scaling production traffic.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Booli. The API returns structured JSON from public Booli data. A Scrappa API key is the only credential you need.
A booli_id identifies one listing or one sale. A residence_id identifies the home itself and is the number in a /bostad/ url. Send exactly one of them to the listing endpoint.
Call the areas endpoint with a place name. It returns municipalities, counties, districts and streets with their ids, for example 1 for Stockholm kommun.
A query reaches at most 35,000 results. Use up to 100 results per page. A page past the end returns an empty list.
Successful requests with data. Validation errors, unknown ids and upstream failures are never charged.
