Casa.it API for Italian listings, prices, and locations
The Casa.it API is built for Italian property analytics, proptech products and saved-search features. Each search result carries the listing id, url, title, price as an integer in euros, surface, rooms, bathrooms, floor, energy class, coordinates, images and the publisher. Detail responses add the full description in Markdown and plain text, floor plans, the grouped feature list and the last update date.
Search sale (vendita) and rent (affitto) listings by town, province or region slug, 20 per page with up to 80 pages.
Filter by minimum and maximum price and by exact room count from 1 to 4.
Open any listing for photos, floor plans, features, energy class and the publisher.
Resolve location slugs by name and reuse the slug of a searchable location in the search endpoint.
Unknown locations and removed listings answer a non-billed 404 and are never charged.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Casa.it. The Casa.it API returns structured JSON from public listings.
Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each successful request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on your plan. Failed requests are never charged.
Use the 1-based page parameter. Casa.it returns 20 listings per page and serves at most 80 pages per search, so narrow large cities with price and room filters. A page past the last page returns an empty list.
Call the locations endpoint with a place name and use the slug of a result with searchable true, for example roma or lazio. City zones are listed but cannot be searched yet.
No. An unknown location or a listing that is no longer online answers a non-billable 404 with error code NOT_FOUND.
