The Gumtree API is built for price research, vehicle sourcing and rental monitoring. Each search result includes the ad id, title, url, location, numeric GBP price, featured and urgent flags, category, seller type, image and position. The detail endpoint adds the full description, images, attributes and vehicle specification.

Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.

Use the 1-based page parameter with a size up to 20. The response returns has_more and next_page. A valid empty search is a successful response.

No. An unknown or expired ad id answers a non-billable 404 with error code NOT_FOUND. Only successful 2xx responses are billed.
