The Hepsiemlak API is built for real-estate analytics, listing tools and market research in Turkey. Each search item carries the price in TRY, rooms, gross and net area, floor, building age, location, photos and the agency. Listing detail adds the full attribute list, feature groups, coordinates, nearby places and the agency licence number.

Filters are always honoured: a filter that cannot be honoured is rejected, never ignored.

Pagination returns the real page; a page past the last result is empty, never repeated data.

Bulk route opens up to 50 listings with heating, bathrooms and usage status.

Use the autocomplete or filters route to get the slug of a city, county, district or area, then pass it to search. An unknown slug returns a validation error.

Hepsiemlak limits how quickly it serves requests. When capacity is busy the API answers with a retryable 503 that is never billed. Retry after a short pause.
