Homegate API for Swiss rent and buy listings, details, and locations
The Homegate API is built for Swiss property analytics, proptech products, and saved-search features. Each search result carries the listing id, price with CHF currency, room count, living space, address with coordinates, image urls, agency branding and the public listing url. Listing detail adds the categories, floor, the agency with its legal name and website, the availability date, the title and description as plain text and created and updated timestamps. The locations endpoint resolves a place name or geo id and returns the url name to feed back into search.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Homegate or SMG Swiss Marketplace Group. The Homegate API returns structured JSON from public listing data through a Scrappa API key.
Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests, unknown listings and unknown id lists are never charged.
Use the 1-based page parameter with size 10, 20, 50 or 100. The response returns the total, max_from and a has_more flag that is true while more pages exist. A valid empty result is a successful response.
Call the locations endpoint with a name such as zurich, then use the result url_names.en (for example city-zurich) as the location parameter on the search endpoint. The English url name is required; other languages are rejected.
