imot.bg API for Bulgarian property listings, rentals and prices

The imot.bg API is built for real-estate analytics, listing tools and market research in Bulgaria. Each search item carries the price in EUR, area, floor, year, construction, summary, photos, phone, promotion flags and the agency. Listing detail adds all parameters, features, description, address, broker and views. Bathrooms and coordinates are not published by imot.bg and are not returned.

One search route for sale and rent listings, 40 per page, up to 1,000 results.

Price and area filters are always honoured: items that break a filter are never returned.

Pagination returns the real page; a page is never labelled as another page.

A valid empty result is a successful, billable response; failures are never billed.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by imot.bg. The API returns structured JSON from public listing data through a Scrappa API key.

imot.bg has no numeric bedroom filter, so the bedrooms parameter selects the apartment type by room count (1-room to 5 rooms or more). Bathrooms are not published by imot.bg, so bathroom filters are rejected.

imot.bg shows at most 1,000 results per search, 25 pages of 40. Narrow the search with price or area filters to reach more listings.

No. Only successful responses are billed. A valid empty result is successful and billable.
