Structured data for real applications. Here are some ideas.
Combine Inmuebles24 with other Mexican and Latin American property sources to build search tools that cover more of the market than any single portal.
Track remate and foreclosure inventory by city and price band. These listings move fast and sell below market, so early detection matters for investors and brokers.
Analyze rent levels, availability and property mix across Mexican cities using paginated rental results as a repeatable market data feed.
Monitor under-development and pre-sale projects, including published delivery dates and unit counts, to track the Mexican construction pipeline by region.
Everything you need in one API.

Inmuebles24 does not offer a public API. Scrappa provides 5 structured REST endpoints to search listings, autocomplete locations, read the filter vocabulary and pull development projects. That lets you build applications, run market analysis and monitor inventory without manual browsing.
Yes. operation=auctions returns foreclosure inventory, which is a substantial and fast-moving segment of the Mexican market. It is an ordinary operation value, not a special case, and is covered by the same filters and pagination as sale and rent.
Search returns rich listing-level records - prices, features, area, coordinates, gallery images, publisher and location hierarchy. A dedicated per-property detail endpoint is not available, so very long descriptions, complete photo sets and price history for one individual property cannot be fetched separately.
bedrooms matches exactly, but it narrows the page of listings returned by the call (at most 30) rather than counting matches across the whole index. If you need a global count for a given bedroom count, paginate and aggregate the results yourself.
Area is available as output on every listing (land area and built area in square metres), but it is not a search filter. For ordering, sort reorders the returned page by price only (price_asc and price_desc); results otherwise arrive in the order the portal ranks them.
Projects are separated out of the wider search results page by page, so a page of thirty listings that match the keyword may contain none of them. The counters on the response (keyword_match_total and keyword_match_total_pages) count keyword matches rather than projects, which is why there is deliberately no total field: an empty listings array on one page does not mean the location has no developments. Page forward on keyword_match_total_pages until you have collected the projects you need.
Just a Scrappa API key passed as an X-API-KEY header. No Inmuebles24 account, no partner program, no OAuth. Sign up for free, get your key, and start querying property data immediately.
Scrappa charges $0.20 per 1,000 requests with no daily caps and never rate limits clients. The three endpoints that query the portal — search, locations, and developers — are charged per call. property-types and filters are served from Scrappa’s local catalog, make no upstream request, and are never billed. The free tier includes 500 credits per month to get started.
