The Kijiji API is built for price research, vehicle sourcing and local deal monitoring. Each search result includes the ad id, title, url, location with coordinates, numeric CAD price, images, publish date and attributes. Open any ad for the full description and view count. Category and location endpoints turn numeric ids into names.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kijiji. The Kijiji API returns structured JSON from public ads through a Scrappa API key.

Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.

Use numeric ids: Canada is 0, Calgary 1700199, Toronto 1700273, Bikes 644 and Cars & Trucks 174. The category and location endpoints return the name and path for any id.

Use the 1-based page parameter with 40 listings per page. The response returns has_more and total_count. A valid empty search is a successful response.

No. An unknown or expired ad id answers a non-billable 404 with error code NOT_FOUND. Only successful 2xx responses are billed.
