Frequently asked questions

No. Authentication is a single Scrappa API key sent as an X-API-KEY header. There is no partner application, no Bridge API agreement and no separate Zillow account.

Use a centre point with radius_mi, an explicit bounding box, a list of region ids from the location lookup endpoint, or a custom polygon. Most integrations start with the location lookup endpoint to resolve a place.

page multiplied by page_size must not exceed 1000. Ask for 100 rows per page as you page through results, or request 1000 rows in a single call.

A small share of valid property ids have no current record. Those are reported in missing_count rather than silently dropped, and they are never retried because the absence is a property of the data.

Comparable properties come from running a listing search over the same area; there is no separate comparable-sales array. Per-property price history is not included.
