PAP scraper API

PAP API for French private-seller listings, prices and photos

The PAP API is built for real-estate analytics, listing tools and market research in France. Each search item carries the price in euros, rooms, bedrooms, living area, energy class, photos and a promoted flag. Listing detail adds the address, features and the seller name. PAP lists private sellers only, so there is no agency endpoint and no bathroom filter.

One search route for sale and rent. Rent prices are per month, sale prices are totals.

Filters are always honoured: a listing that breaks a filter is dropped and counted, never returned.

Pagination returns the real page. A page that cannot be confirmed is an error, never repeated data.

Promoted listings are flagged. A price sort orders the returned page.

Failed requests are never billed.
