The ParuVendu Immobilier API is built for real-estate analytics, listing tools and market research in France. Each search item carries the link, title, price, area, rooms, bedrooms, city, energy class, seller, agency, update date and photos. Sale and rent use the same route.

Sale and rent in one search route, 30 results per page.

Filters are always honoured: items that break a filter are never returned.

The site stops after 5 result pages (150 results). Slice larger markets by price band.

Price not communicated (NC) is null, never 0. Rent prices include charges in the price text.

A failed request is never billed.
