ParuVendu Immobilier Listing API returns one listing as JSON: reference, title, price, area, land area, rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, furnished flag, location text with city, postcode, department and region, every feature of the detail page, the energy and greenhouse gas class with values, the full description, all photos at full size, the seller type and the agency.
Notes: Pass the listing_id of a search item. Sale and rent ads use the same id format. A price that was not communicated is null. Rent prices include charges; charges, deposit and fees are only in the description. Phone numbers are removed from the description. The page holds no coordinates: use the listing location route. An expired or unknown id answers 404 and is not billed.
