The Plusvalia API is built for property analytics, rental tools and real-estate search features in Ecuador. Each listing carries prices in US dollars, the maintenance fee, bedrooms, bathrooms, areas, address, coordinates, photos and the publisher. Filters are verified against what the site applied, and every returned listing satisfies them.

Search sale, rent, transfer and temporary listings with location, price, bedroom, bathroom, parking and area filters.

Sort by price, date, visits or price drop and page through results; a page past the end returns an empty list.

Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.

Use the one-based page parameter. A page holds up to 30 listings. The response returns current_page, total_pages, per_page and total, and a page past the end is a successful empty response.
