The Rentalcars API is built for car rental price monitoring, travel comparison and supplier research. Search an airport or a coordinate for your dates and get each offer with supplier, car, total and daily price, fees, mileage, fuel policy, excess, deposit, cancellation and the depot rating. Then load a price calendar, supplier ratings, review summaries, the rental terms and destination content.

Find pickup places and IATA codes with the autocomplete endpoint.

Search offers by airport or coordinates, with filters taken from available_filters, sorting and pagination.

Read depot_rating per offer and supplier ratings per search. They are different scores.

Load predicted prices for a date window at an airport.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rentalcars.com. The Rentalcars API returns structured JSON from public data through a Scrappa API key.

One search returns at most 500 offers. The pagination object shows total_offers, offer_cap and capped. Use filters and pages to reach the offers you need.

The depot_rating on an offer rates the pickup depot. The supplier ratings endpoint returns the rating of the supplier. The two scores differ.

No. Rentalcars has no route for one offer. The offer endpoint runs the search again and returns the offer with your vehicle_id. Offers change over time.

Successful requests with data. A search without offers, an empty price list and every failed request are not billed.

Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan.
