Get the ratings of the suppliers that have offers for the search. This is the supplier rating at the depot level of the search. It is not the depot_rating on a single offer, which rates one pickup depot only. An empty list is a 200 response and is not billed. The market (cor) and the currency decide the prices. The response echoes both values in the market object. Scrappa is not affiliated with Rentalcars.com. This is an unofficial API.
