The RentFaster API is built for rental analytics, proptech tools and home-search features. Each search row includes the id, title, rent range with parsed minimum and maximum, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, address, community, coordinates, pets, features and contact details. Filters are always honoured and page N is the real Nth page.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by RentFaster. The API returns structured JSON from public listing data.

No. RentFaster lists rentals only, so the API has no sale search. For sales, combine it with the HouseSigma API.

Use the one-based page parameter. Each page holds up to 48 listings. total_results is the site total for your filters, and has_more tells you if another page exists.

Call the autocomplete endpoint with a name such as Calgary and use the id of the City item as city_id. An unknown city answers a non-billed 404.
