Spitogatos API for Greek property listings, rentals and prices

The Spitogatos API is built for real-estate analytics, listing tools and market research in Greece. Each search item carries the price and price per square meter, size, rooms, bathrooms, floor, area, coordinates, photo ids, dates and the agency. Listing detail adds the description, energy class, heating, about 60 features, all photos, video and the agency with business phones. Homes, offices, shops and land use one search route.

One search route for homes, commercial property and land, for sale and for rent, 30 per page.

Filters are always honoured: items that break a filter are never returned.

Pagination returns the real page; a page is never labelled as another page.

A valid empty result is a successful, billable response; failures are never billed.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spitogatos. The Spitogatos API returns structured JSON from public listing data through a Scrappa API key.

Not yet. The bathroom filter is not available upstream and the floor filter uses a code that does not match the floor shown on a listing, so neither is offered instead of returning unfiltered data. Listings still show their bathrooms and floor.

No. Only successful responses are billed. A valid empty result is successful and billable.

Only business phones of agencies. Listings from private persons return no publisher and no contact data.
