The Square Yards API is built for property analytics, rental tools and real-estate search features. Each listing carries a numeric rupee price, area in square feet, bedrooms, bathrooms, locality with id, photos and the agent. Filters are checked before the request is sent, and every returned item satisfies them.

Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.

Use the one-based page parameter. A page holds up to 25 listings. The response returns page, per_page, total and has_more, and a page past the end is a successful empty response.
