TrueCar API for US used and new car listings, prices, and dealers
The TrueCar API is built for automotive analytics, price tracking and car-shopping products. Each search result carries the VIN, year, trim, mileage, engine, fuel economy, price in USD, the TrueCar price quality rating, vehicle history counts, the listing date, a public listing url and the dealer with its distance. Listing detail adds the dealer asking price, estimated monthly payment, warranties, feature highlights, technical specs, images, seller notes as plain text and the dealer address, phone and opening hours.
Search used or new cars by make and model around a US ZIP code and radius, 30 listings per page.
Read price, mileage, trim, engine, fuel economy and the price quality rating on every listing.
Open any VIN for pricing, vehicle history, warranties, specs, images and dealer details.
Page with a 1-based page number, with total_count and has_more on every response.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TrueCar. The TrueCar API returns structured JSON from public listing data through a Scrappa API key.
Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests and sold or unknown VINs are never charged.
Use the 1-based page parameter, up to page 100. Each page holds 30 listings. The response returns total_count and a has_more flag that is true while more pages exist. A page past the end is a successful empty result.
Use the TrueCar url slugs in lowercase, for example toyota and camry, or land-rover and range-rover. An unknown make or model returns an empty result.
