Urbania scraper API
The Urbania API is built for property analytics, rental tools and real-estate search features. Each listing carries prices in soles and dollars, area in square metres, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, address, coordinates, photos and the advertiser. Filters are checked against the answer, so returned items match the filters you set.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Urbania. The API returns structured JSON from public listings through a Scrappa API key.
Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan.
Use the one-based page parameter. A page holds up to 30 listings. The response returns page, per_page, total and has_more, and a page past the end is a successful empty response.
Yes. Projects appear in every search without room counts and carry is_project true. Set exclude_projects to remove them.
