Get the history of one property: every listing, price change and sale with date, price, price per square foot, source and the buyer and seller agent; the yearly tax paid and assessed value; the current Zestimate and Rent Zestimate with their range; the listing agent and broker; and nearby homes for sale and for rent. Placeholder entries without an id or an address are dropped, and nearby_homes_count and nearby_rentals_count give the kept number.
days_on_zillow is null in these rows: the site does not publish it here.
Empty tax history
New listings have no tax history. The list is then empty, which is a normal answer.
Contact data
The listing agent is returned by name. Phone numbers and email addresses are not part of the response.

Errors
Handle these documented responses before retrying or showing customer-facing failures.
HTTP 400
A query parameter is missing, malformed, or outside its documented range. This is the only Zillow response that carries no error code: the body has a message and a field list and nothing else, so match it on the 400 status.
{
"errors": {
"page_size": [
"The page size field must not be greater than 1000.",
"page * page_size must not exceed 1000."
]
},
"message": "The request validation failed"
}HTTP 422
The requested research file does not exist for the combination given.
HTTP 422
The family, geography and variant given do not identify a single research file.
HTTP 422
The named state or metropolitan area publishes no estimate-accuracy data.
HTTP 422
Zillow answered with a deterministic 4xx.
HTTP 422
The decoded building token resolved to a building at a different address than the slug names.
HTTP 503
The request reached the source, but what came back was a challenge or rate-limit page rather than the data.
HTTP 503
The request was served and answered with a 5xx.
HTTP 503
The request was sent and no answer came back before the deadline.
HTTP 503
No approved exit could be reached, so the request never reached the listing source.
HTTP 503
There was no usable approved exit to send the request through.
HTTP 503
The publisher changed the shape of a response or served a document that is not the expected file.
