The G2 API is built for B2B software research, review analytics and competitor tools. The review endpoint returns up to 25 of the newest full reviews per request, with reviewer role, industry, company size and the answers to the three standard questions. An extended mode merges star and company-size filter combinations into up to about 375 unique reviews.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by G2. G2 runs its own G2 API (documentation.g2.com/docs/g2-api) for product, category and review data. It needs an access token from the G2 Developer Portal. Scrappa reads public G2 data and returns structured JSON with one Scrappa API key and 500 free credits each month.
Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each successful request costs one credit, also for extended review coverage. Failed requests are never charged.
A request without paging returns the 25 newest reviews. Set page=1 to 10 (or sort, role, industry, region or category_id) to get real G2 pages of 10 reviews, up to 100 per filter combination. Extended coverage merges up to 15 star and company-size combinations into about 375 unique reviews, newest first. Paging and extended coverage are separate modes: with page set, coverage is ignored.
It is G2's own segment: small_business, mid_market or enterprise. The segment is a G2 class and not an exact employee band, so company_size_text can differ inside one segment.
