Oikotie API for Finnish property listings, prices and agencies

The Oikotie API is built for real-estate analytics, listing tools and market research in Finland. Each search item carries the price in EUR (rent per month), maintenance fee, living area, rooms, build year, address with coordinates, images and the listing agency. Listing detail adds heating, renovation, energy, ownership, rent terms and viewings. A missing value is null, never 0.

Filters are always honoured: items that break a filter are dropped and counted in the response.

A page past the last page is an empty page, never repeated data.

A valid empty result is a successful, billable response; failures are never billed.

Oikotie can return a card that breaks a filter you sent. The API drops it and reports the count in meta.dropped_by_filter.

No. Oikotie has no bathrooms filter, so the API rejects the parameter with a validation error instead of ignoring it.

The API returns an empty page with has_next set to false. It never returns the first page under another page number.
