Oikotie Listing API returns the full record of one listing by its card_id from the search route. The record holds the price (with debt-free price and share of liabilities for sales), living area, rooms, address with districts, coordinates, publish and change times, all images and the links and viewings the seller published.
The details group holds every field the site knows for the listing in snake case: fees, heating, renovation, energy class, ownership, rent terms and equipment. Fields the site leaves empty are not returned. The building group holds data about the building. The anonymous listing record has no agency: use the agency route with the card_id or the agency.id from search. An unknown listing is a 404 and is not billable.
