The OnTheMarket API is built for property analytics, proptech tools, and home-search features. Each search card includes the id, title, display price with a numeric GBP value, bedrooms, bathrooms, address, images and the branch summary. Listing detail adds the description as html and plain text, tenure, key facts, floorplans, EPC rating, broadband speeds, nearest stations and schools, room sizes, area price statistics and similar properties. Agent branches add the address, telephone, logo, socials and their featured sale and rent listings.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OnTheMarket. The OnTheMarket API returns structured JSON from current public listings through a Scrappa API key.

Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.

Use the one-based page parameter. OnTheMarket returns 30 listings per page and surfaces at most 34 pages per search, so total_results is a cap rather than an exact count. has_more is true while more pages exist, and a valid empty result is a successful response.

Pass a location slug such as nottingham, london or manchester. The slug is resolved by OnTheMarket and an unknown location answers a non-billed 404.
