Yad2 scraper API
Yad2 API for Israeli real-estate search, listing details and the live taxonomy
The Yad2 API is built for Israeli property analytics, listing alerts and market dashboards. Each search result carries the listing token, the advertiser type, a numeric price in shekels with the ILS currency, the full address with coordinates, the property details, every image, the marketing tags and the public web url. Listing detail adds the built area, the garden area, the entrance date, the amenity flags, the top floor and the published description as plain text.
Search the sale feed and the rent feed by region, with price, rooms, floor, square metre, property type and sorting filters.
Page through the results with a one-based page parameter; a page past the end is a valid empty answer.
Read 20 private and 20 agency listings per page, with promoted ads that are ordinary listings landing in buckets.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Yad2. The Yad2 API returns structured JSON from public listings and public taxonomy pages through a Scrappa API key.
Every Scrappa account includes 500 free credits each month. After that, each request costs one credit, which works out to $0.20 to $0.30 per 1,000 requests depending on the credit pack or plan. Failed requests are never charged.
Search uses a one-based page parameter, and the response returns the live total and total page count with a has_more flag. The taxonomy endpoint pages with page and limit up to 10000 rows. A page past the end of the result set is a successful answer and is still billed as one request.
Yad2 publishes a price of zero for listings whose advertiser asked for a price on request. A zero is not a price, so the price and currency fields are omitted for those listings instead of returning a free home.
