Scrappa's OpenRent API returns structured JSON from OpenRent, the UK portal where landlords list rentals directly. The OpenRent API is built for lettings analytics, proptech tools and home-search features. Each search card includes the id, title, monthly and weekly rent, rooms, tenant flags, features, listing date, availability date and coordinates. Filters are always honoured and page N is the real Nth page.

No. Scrappa is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenRent. The OpenRent API returns structured JSON from public listing pages.

No. OpenRent lists rentals only, so the API has no sale search. For sales, combine it with the Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket APIs.

Use the one-based page parameter. Each page holds 20 listings. total_results counts all listings that match your filters, and has_more tells you if another page exists.

Pass a town, area or postcode such as Leeds, Hackney or SW1A 1AA. Use the autocomplete endpoint to get valid names. An unknown location answers a non-billed 404.
