Structured data for real applications. Here are some ideas.
Track asking rents by city, ZIP code or neighborhood, bedrooms, bathrooms and property type.
Page through filtered searches and read units, rents and available dates from every floor plan.
Compare admin, application and pet fees, deposits and amenities across properties.
Read walk scores, schools and nearby places for every listing.
Rent.com scraper API
The Rent.com API is built for rental analytics, listing tools and market research. Each search item carries the rent range, address with coordinates, beds, baths, size, available units, phone, rating, highlights, manager and photos. Listing detail adds the description, fees, pet policies, amenities, floor plans with every unit, schools, walk score, nearby places, rent estimates and similar listings. Rent.com lists rentals only, so there is no sale search and no agent endpoint.
Search by city, ZIP code, neighborhood or state, 30 listings per page.
Filters are always honoured: items that break a filter are never returned.
Pagination returns the real page; a page is never labelled as another page.
A place that does not exist is a clean 404, never a whole state of results.
Failed requests are never billed.
Resolve a name to a search_location value and pass it into search.
