Scrappa's GET /api/rent-com/listing returns the full record of one Rent.com rental, by id (lc... for a community, lv... for a single unit) or by the listing url.
What you get
The item fields of the search, plus description, fees (admin, application, broker, utilities, insurance), pet_policies, amenities with category, unique_highlights, vibes, schools, walk_score, price_drops, all photos, floor_plans with every unit (rent, deposit, available date, area), nearby places, Redfin-based rent_estimates, similar listings, listing_agent and manager.
Notes
Fee values come as text and as a number when Rent.com gives one. Empty groups stay empty lists. Fields Rent.com does not publish, such as review text, are not available. Results are cached for a few minutes.
