Scrappa Get API key
Supercasa API 1 credit/request

Supercasa Price Report

GET https://scrappa.co/api/supercasa/price-report?business=venda&property_type=casas&location=lisboa

Return Supercasa's price analysis for a business type, property type and locality: the price-per-m² series with its monthly, quarterly and yearly movement, the per-locality breakdown, and the raw numerics behind every formatted figure so a client can format them its own way. The underlying data is published by Infocasa and redistributed by Supercasa. While this family is withdrawn the endpoint answers 410 Gone with no upstream request and no charge; search, property, filters and autocomplete keep serving.
