Fetch one page of the comment thread of a Rumble video with authors, scores, dates and nested replies. One request performs one upstream lookup and is billed once, so it returns a single page: request the next offset to continue the thread, as its own separately billable request. Advance offset by the count of the previous page and stop when a page comes back empty: has_more is a hint that can outlive the data, never a count to walk on. The platform returns fewer comments than the total it states on the video, so the response always reports the number returned alongside the stated total.
