Scrappa's GET /api/fincaraiz/available-filters returns the platform's own filter catalogue, so you can build a filter UI from the same vocabulary the search endpoint accepts.
Each entry is a named filter group — price, bedrooms, bathrooms, stratum, surface range, garage, sea distance, and more — with its own definition and options. returned is the number of groups.
This describes what the platform offers, not what each filter is called on the search endpoint. Search parameter names are documented on the search page; unsupported names are rejected there rather than silently ignored.

Errors
Handle these documented responses before retrying or showing customer-facing failures.
Unreadable Response
The platform answered successfully with a body this endpoint cannot read, so nothing is published and nothing is charged (`parser_drift`). Retryable.

}Upstream Unavailable
The upstream request failed after retries. Retryable and never billed.

Fincaraiz API FAQ
Are these the same names the search endpoint takes?
No. This is the catalogue of filters the platform offers. Search uses its own parameter names, documented on the search page — a name sent to search that the platform ignores is rejected rather than silently dropped.
