Otodom Development API Documentation

GET https://scrappa.co/api/otodom/development?slug=willa-kasprowicza-ID4CuW2

Endpoint documentation for fetching Otodom developments with per-unit pricing

How to call the Otodom development endpoint and how to read its truncated unit list.

Scrappa's GET /api/otodom/development endpoint returns a Polish investment or development with its per-unit pricing as JSON.

What the response contains

Development title, description, location, decoded developer URL, image URLs and a units block. Each unit carries unit_number, price, currency, price_per_square_meter, area_in_square_meters, rooms, floor, build_year, construction_status, available_from and market.

Truncated unit lists

Otodom renders at most 10 units on this page and offers no way to page further. The response therefore always includes units.total_count alongside units.items and sets units.truncated when the two disagree, so a short list is never mistaken for a complete one.

Related Otodom endpoints

  • GET /api/otodom/search with estate_slug=mieszkanie,rynek-pierwotny to find development slugs
  • GET /api/otodom/property for a single unit listing

Implementation playbook

What teams build with this endpoint

New-Build Price Tracking
