Scrappa's `GET /api/immoscout24-at/price-insights` endpoint compares the price of one listing with similar listings on ImmobilienScout24.at.
## Result
The comparison has the average, minimum and maximum price and the number of listings behind it. `comparisonKind` says whether the numbers are rent prices or buy prices, following the deal type of the listing. When no comparison exists, `comparisonAvailable` is false and `comparison` is `null`. The evaluation band (for example `VERY_GOOD`) is best effort and can be `null`.</p>
