Encuentra24 Listing API returns the full record of one listing as JSON. Pass the link of a search item (the url field, as a path or the full URL) or the listing id with a country. The record has the same fields as a search item (price with currency, fees, area, rooms, address, coordinates, features, all photos, video, floor plan and the agent) plus structured_data with the availability and address parts of the page.
An unknown or removed listing returns a 404 error. Phone numbers are never returned. Failed requests are not billed.
