Mixcloud Tag API returns the popular or latest cloudcasts for one Mixcloud genre tag. Each item carries the cloudcast key, name, username, public url, play count, favorite count, and created time. Results are paginated with offset-based paging. A valid empty result is a successful response. An unknown tag returns a non-billable 404. Play and favorite counts are omitted for cloudcasts whose owner hides stats.
