Mixcloud User API returns the public profile of one Mixcloud user: username, name, biography in HTML and plain text, follower count, following count, cloudcast count, favorite count, listen count, Pro and Premium flags, city, country, public url, pictures and cover pictures (width, height and url), created time, and updated time. An unknown username returns a non-billable 404.
