Funda Listings Index API Documentation List the ids and URLs of Funda listings for sale (koop) or for rent (huur) with city, property type and last update. The index is rebuilt once a day and served from cache, so every page is fast and exact: page N returns the rows of page N. Open a row with the listing endpoint for price, area and rooms. If the index is still being prepared the endpoint answers 503 and is not billable. Live search with filters is not offered yet.
