Wikicasa API 1 credit/request

Wikicasa Property Types API Documentation

GET https://scrappa.co/api/wikicasa/property-types

Scrappa's GET /api/wikicasa/property-types lists the 34 Wikicasa property types.

What you get

Each type has id, key, name, group (residential, commercial, land or agency), parent and searchable. The search accepts the types with searchable true, by id or key. The group types case, commerciale and terreni cover all residential, commercial or land property.

Notes

The room-count shortcuts (monolocali to quadrilocali) and new constructions are not searchable types. Use rooms_min and rooms_max in the search instead.
