Owler Search API Documentation

GET https://scrappa.co/api/owler/search

Owler Search API searches companies on Owler by name or website domain. Each hit has the id, name, short name, slug, domain, ticker symbol, logo and Owler URL. Pass the slug to the other Owler endpoints.

Owler returns at most 30 hits and has no paging, so this endpoint has no page parameter. total is the number of matches Owler reports. count is the number of hits in this response.

A query with a dot and no spaces, such as stripe.com, is read as a website domain. The response then holds only the companies with exactly that domain. It is empty when no company has it.

The data is what a logged-out visitor sees on Owler.
